While playing Black Myth: Wukong, you might have noticed a waterfall in Chapter 1. This article will guide you on how to get behind the waterfall in Black Myth: Wukong, released on 20 August 2024. You won’t be able to access the area behind the waterfall until you have collected Loong Scales in Chapter 2.
Location: Sandgate Village > Valley of Despair
Proceed to the Valley of Despair Shrine in Chapter 2. Go to the right of the shrine and enter the cave. Follow the path inside and drop down at the end.
Turn around to find a stone wall and break it using a powerful attack, such as the Wandering White Spirit Ability or Dust’s Final Move.
Note: If this is your first visit then you may encounter the Boss – First Prince of Flowing Sands, based on the outcome of earlier Duo-Boss fights in Chapter 2.
After breaking the wall, enter inside and loot the Loong Scale from the chest.
Waterfall Location
Location: Outside the Forest > Forest of Wolves
For this go to the ‘Outside the Forest’ shrine in the ‘Forest of Wolves’.Start at the shrine and take a left before a large stone.
Hug to the right side and keep moving until you come to a fork with a pillar and a chest. Head left to spot the waterfall in the distance.
Then, go down the hill, cross the stream, and take the first left to arrive at the waterfall.
Return to the waterfall and use the Loong Scale to unlock the path behind it. This hidden area contains a secret boss, a Red Loong.
