Black Myth Wukong: How to Open the Purple Prison Cell Gates
This guide shows how to unlock the magic purple prison cell gates in the Pagoda region in Chapter 3 of Black Myth: Wukong, released on 20 August 2024. A purple magic gate in Pagoda is shown in the picture below. Many players are confused about how to open these sealed gates. How to Open the Purple Prison Cell Gates
These purple magic gates will be unlocked after you defeat the Captain Lotus Vision optional boss as shown in the picture below. To reach Captain Lotus Vision, travel to the Upper Pagoda shrine. Go inside through the broken wall in front of the shrine and jump down through the broken floor ahead. There you will find Captain Lotus Vision boss. Defeat him to unlock the magic purple gates. How to reach the Upper Pagoda Shrine
Travel to Lower Pagoda shrine. Go inside through the door near the shrine as shown in the picture below. Then turn right and continue ahead. Soon you will reach an opening in the wall as shown in the second picture below. Go out through the opening then go left.
Continue ahead and after some time you will reach an open gate as shown in the picture below. Go inside through the open gate and then climb up the stairs ahead. After reaching the top, go out through the opening in the wall as shown in the second picture below. Then go right.
Continue ahead until you reach a wooden beam. Walk on the wooden beam to cross the gap in the ground as shown in the picture below. Then go inside through the opening in the wall and continue towards the left.
As you go through the narrow hallway, soon you will reach a staircase going up on the right wall as shown in the picture below. Climb up the stairs and then continue straight ahead until you reach an opening in the wall as shown in the second picture below. Go out through the opening to reach the Upper Pagoda shrine.
