Call of Duty BO7: How to Solve the Press Forward Keypad Puzzle in Fracture
If you’re stuck trying to unlock the keypad door during the Press Forward objective in the Fracture mission, you’re not alone. This guide will walk you through step by step on how to open the door and continue the mission without frustration.
Step 1: Get the First Two Digits From 50/50
As you approach the locked door, your companion 50/50 will repeat two numbers several times.
These numbers are always the first two digits of the keypad code.
- For me, 50/50 keeps saying “59.” Your game may give you a different pair. Just make sure you remember it. These two digits will help you identify the correct full code later.
Step 2: Activate the Power
To start, you’ll need to solve a puzzle on the terminal in the back of the room near the entrance. This terminal powers up the room’s systems, allowing you to turn on a screen you’ll need. To solve it:
To solve the puzzle, start with the tiles on the left side and rotate the first one so it lines up correctly. Then move to the tile next to it and rotate that one so the circuit connects. Keep doing this: move to the next tile, rotate it, and connect the path until the circuit forms a complete line all the way to the right side.
Step 3: Use the Screen to Find the Remaining Digits
Once the screen turns on, it will briefly display several numbers before most of them fade away, leaving only four key digits and a few other digits. Your goal is to find the four-digit sequence that starts with the two numbers 50/50 gave you.
For example, if your first two digits are 59, watch the screen as the four-digit numbers flash and look for the one that begins with 59. In the video, the correct code shown was 5994.
Once you find the correct four-digit number, return to the keypad and enter the code. The door will unlock immediately, allowing you to continue the mission.
