Diablo 4: Blood and Sweat Quest Walkthrough

This guide shows the complete walkthrough of the Blood and Sweat side quest in the Diablo 4 game, released on 6th June 2023. You get the quest by reading the Bloodstained Letter in the Qara Yisu area in the Dry Steppes region as shown in the pictures below.

Bloodstained Letter: My Bright Ray, I received your last letter from Alzuuda and the gold you sent. I wish you would give up this mercenary life and come home. Having you here is a greater blessing than gold. I have kept little Tuya safe.

Search for Little Tuya

After reading the note, go a little north to reach the location shown in the pictures below. Interact with the Disturbed Stone as shown in the second picture below to get a Crude Doll. Pick up the Crude Doll to complete the objective.

Bring the Doll to Tuya

Go and talk to Tuya in the Fields of Hatred area in the Dry Steppes region as shown in the pictures below. Give the Doll to Tuya to complete the quest.
