Decider
In the Cement Factory region, you can obtain The Decider Gun during the “The Uninvited Guest” quest. This quest is given by Mytryk Genius at the Concrete Forest in the Cement Factory area.
SEVA-D Suit
The SEVA-D Suit is located on top of an unfinished building in the northeastern part of the Cement Factory.
GP25 Grenade Launcher Underbarrel
The GP25 Grenade Launcher Underbarrel can be found inside a safe in the Intercom Tower at the Cement Factory. Use the code 030794 to unlock it.
