The Bull Statue Puzzle in Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy can be tricky to solve, with several symbols, mirrors, and a giant bull statue standing at the center of the room. You’ll need to match the symbols on the ground with those on the walls and use the mirrors to light up the correct pairs. This guide explains the complete puzzle solution and shows you where to aim each mirror.
How the Puzzle Works
As you enter the puzzle room, you’ll find a giant bull statue in front of you. Walk up to the circular platform in the middle of the room. The platform has several symbols on the ground, each with a red background. Some symbols have a blue outline also.
You’ll also find several mirrors around the platform and matching symbols on the walls. The wall symbols appear in the same order as the symbols on the ground, but some of them are missing. You can use the ground symbols to figure out which symbols are missing.
To start the puzzle, look at the ground and find the white symbol with a blue outline that is connected to another white symbol with a blue outline. Your goal is to use the mirrors to shine light on the two matching blue-linked symbols on the walls at the same time.
Puzzle 1
Pair 1: Inverse S & Triangle symbols
Below are the symbols connected
- Use the left mirror and aim it at the front-right wall, targeting the 3rd symbol from the left.
- Use the right mirror and aim it at the front-left wall, targeting the 4th symbol from the left. (This is empty)
Puzzle 2
Pair 2: Bell & T symbols
- Use the right mirror and aim it at the front-left wall, targeting the 1st symbol from the left.
- Use the left mirror and aim it at the back-right wall, targeting the 3rd symbol from the left.
Puzzle 3
Go near the bull’s raised hand and use the Sphere on the rings around its hand. This reveals two new symbols: H and W.
Now, use the mirrors to light the final pair. Both the symbols are on the same side of the wall. Use the right-side mirror to reflect the light toward the left mirror. Then, use the left mirror to reflect the light onto the correct symbol on the wall.
- Use the left mirror and aim it at the front-right wall, targeting the 4th symbol from the left. (Symbol is missing from wall)
- Use the middle mirror and aim it at the front-right wall, targeting the 1st symbol from the left. (Symbol is missing from the wall)
