It is a story-related item and is available automatically after entering Security Station.
4) Log #72 – Mercer’s Volunteer
Go upstairs from Imaging Diagnostics into Observation Room after taking the elevator to get this item.
5) Schematics 7 – Line Racks
Follow the main story marker where your objective is to “Locate the Source of the Broadcast”. Go to Dr. B. Warwick’s office to find this item.

In the same room.
7) Node 19
Follow the main mission path to take the elevator down to the Chemical Lab. As you step out of the elevator, the Node will be in front of you.
8) Log #73 – Open the Door!
It is a story-related item and is available automatically after being locked in Chemical Lab.
9) Log #74 – Hunted
It is a story-related item and is available automatically after escaping the creature.
10) Log #75 – Dr. Kyne’s Dementia
After the second escape from the red monster. You can find the log on a hospital bed on the right side of the ER Hallway A.
11) Weapon 8 – Line Gun
Inside the Emergency Equipment Storage which is located just opposite the previous log.

On a hospital bed inside ER Hallway B.
14) Log #77 – Harris’s Choice
On a desk inside Intensive Care Unit.

In Dr. C. Mercer’s office
16) Log #79 – Our Air Supply
It is a story-related item and is available automatically after speaking to the man in Dr. C. Mercer’s office.
17) Log #80 – Get to Cryogenics
It is a story-related item and is available automatically after re-enabling life support.
18) Weapon Upgrade 8 – Ionized Capacitor (Line Gun)
Can be purchased from the in-game Shop for 11,500 Credits.
19) Log #81 – Go to Hydroponics
It is a story-related item and is available automatically after cryogenically freezing the Hunter.
