Chapter 6: Environmental Hazard
This guide shows how to complete Chapter 6: Environmental Hazard in Dead Space Remake. The guide only shows the main mission objectives and does not include the collectibles. Please note that you will be able to access some areas only from the story progression. So, if you are unable to open some doors then don’t fret as you will be able to access those areas later.

Go to Tram Maintenance
After the mission starts, make your way to the Bridge Tram Station. Enter the tram and ride it to the Hangar. Hop off the tram and go through the door on the left side towards Tram Station Hall. The objective ends and you go through the door.
Go to Hydroponics
Go straight ahead and enter the Tram Repair Room. Then proceed towards Hydropoponics Tram Station. The objective ends as you enter the Hydropoponics Tram Station.
Create Enzyme
Now proceed towards Hydroponics Central Hub. Take the elevator and enter the Sapling Room. Keep going ahead until you reach the Hydroponics Central Hub at the location shown in the picture below. Interact with the console there to create the enzyme.
Gain Access to Food Storage
Enter the tunnel behind the console. When you are there, the objective will get canceled and a new objective will start.
Inject Wheezers
You will have to inject the enzyme into eight Wheezers.
Inject Wheezer 01
Turn around and go back to the Hydroponics Central Hub. Then go towards West Tower through the door on the right side. Proceed ahead and take the lift to the upper level. Step off the lift and enter the West Grow Chamber. Clear the enemies there. Then enter the West Seedling Room B and inject the enzyme into the Wheezer there.
Inject Wheezer 02
Go back to West Grow Chamber and take the lift to reach Floor 3. Hop off the lift and go right. Enter Dr. E Cross’s room and inject the enzyme into the Wheezer there.
Inject Wheezer 03
Go back to the lift and take it to Floor 2. Then make your way to the Refrigeration Tower. Enter the vacuum and use your thrusters to fly up. Move the plate on the roof as shown in the picture below and proceed up. Move another plate there and move further up. Keep going up until you reach the top level. Inject the enzyme into the Wheezer there.
Inject Wheezer 04
Go back to the West Grow Chamber and use the Circuit Breaker at the location shown in the picture below to power up the door leading to Hydroponics Control. Enter Hydroponics Control and inject the enzyme into the Wheezer there.
Inject Wheezer 05
Shoot the boils on the tentacles in Hydroponics Control. This will clear the path leading to East Grow Chamber. Enter the East Grow Chamber and shoot the boils on the tentacles there to clear the lift. Now take the lift to the level below. Defeat the enemies there. Then enter the East Seedling Room A and inject the enzyme into the Wheezer there.
Inject Wheezer 06
Head back to the East Grow Chamber. The locator will lead you to a Circuit Breaker as shown in the second picture below. Go left to the circuit breaker to find the power cell as shown in the picture below. Use Kinesis to lift this power cell and insert it into the socket next to the circuit breaker. Now go to the East Seedling Room B in front of the circuit breaker to get the Deck Systems Keycard. Go back to the circuit breaker and interact with it. Then insert the Keycard into the circuit breaker. If the key ‘E’ doesn’t work then press ‘Enter’ to insert the Keycard. Then use the circuit breaker to turn on GRAVITY. Now use your thrusters to fly to the upper level of the East Grow Chamber as shown in the third picture below. Go to the corner of the top platform and inject the enzyme into the Wheezer there.
Inject Wheezer 07
Fly down to the middle platform in the East Grow Chamber. Then make your way to Air Filtration Tower. Enter the vacuum and use your thrusters to fly up. You will find an electrical hazard below an opening in the roof as shown in the picture below. Use Stasis on the electrical Hazard to slow it then move to the upper level. Keep going up until you reach the top platform.
Now proceed ahead to reach the Filtration Tube Annex. Take the lift there to reach the lower level. Shoot the tube next to Filtration Tube 1 as shown in the picture below to unlock the door. Proceed ahead until you reach the other side of the Filtration Tube Annex. Take the lift there to go up. Then enter the Annex Storage and inject the enzyme into the Wheezer there.
Inject Wheezer 08
Exit Annex Storage and enter the door on the left side going towards the East Grow Chamber. Go down the elevator and continue in a straight path until you reach East Seedling Room B and inject the enzyme into the Wheezer there.
Gain Access to Food Storage
Trace your path back to Hydroponics Central Hub. Use the locator and it will guide you there. Then enter the tunnel behind Hydroponics Central Hub to complete the objective.
Eject the Leviathan into Space
Open the door at the end of the tunnel. Then interact with the console on the left side. At this point, the objective will be canceled and you will get a new objective.
Kill the Leviathan
Open the door to go out into the space. Use your thrusters and fly straight ahead to reach the Leviathan. Defeat the Leviathan and return back to the tunnel to complete the mission.
