Chapter 7: All Collectibles Location Guide | Dead Space Remake

This guide shows how to find all the Collectibles in Chapter 7: Into the Void in the game Dead Space Remake.

1) Log #107 – Hammond’s Return

This story-related collectible is automatically available at the beginning of the chapter.

2) Node 29

Continue down the hall into the large mining deck where you will be asked to activate the launch tube. In the room, some crates are stacked on the left wall that you can move to reveal the node.

3) Log #108 – Custom Lockdown (Side Missions)

The log is in the tool storage room as marked on the map. Use kinesis to shift the crates that are in your way. You will receive a call from Daniels when you engage with the Master Override Door in this chamber if you haven’t begun Side Mission 2 – You Are Not Authorized. If you’ve already begun the side quest in Chapter 4, you’ll have to wait until New Game Plus to get this one.

4) Log #109 – Weird Malfunctions

This story-related collectible is automatically available after going down the elevator.

5) Log #110 – Ore Storage Report (Side Missions) / Side Mission 3 – Premeditated Malpractice Step 3

The log is part of the side mission of “Premeditated Malpractice” which you might have started in Chapter 4. Use kinesis to move the crates to block Laser and clear your path to the ore storage room. Below is the location marked on the map.

6) Log #111 – Miner’s Log

On a table close to the workstation in the Extraction Area.

7) Log #112 – Mining Progress

When you enter the Mining Control room, the log will be at a desk in front of you.

8) Log #113 – Launch Tubes Sealed

This story-related collectible is automatically available after attempting to launch the tube.

9) Log #114 – Dr. Kyne’s Hostage

Progressing on the objective “Find the Admin RIG”, you will find a log on the wall if you go left before going down the ramp to the Admin Rig.

10) Node 30

The node is inside a locked room next to the previous collectible. Go around the corridor to the broken window on the far side of the room and shoot the door fuse to open it.

11) Schematics 9 – Contact Energy

In the same room on a table.

12) Log #115 – Fail-Safes

This story-related collectible is automatically available upon stepping into Processing Chamber.

13) Log #116 – Supervisor’s Choice

The log is on a desk in the Mineral Processing Control room as shown in the image.

14) Security Clearance Level 3 (Dalla’s Rig)

This story-related collectible is automatically available after collecting Dallas’s Rig.

15) Log #117 – Found the Admin’s Rig

This story-related collectible is automatically available after leaving Mineral Processing Control.

16) Log #118 – Through the Vents

This story-related collectible is automatically available when riding the elevator to Deck D: Maintenance.

17) Log #119 – Nicole and Dr. Kyne (Side Missions) / Side Mission 1 – Scientific Methods Step 4

This is part of Side Mission 1 – Scientific Methods. Proceed to the west to Equipment Supply. Set the circuit breaker to Storage 02 and walk into the room to discover the log on the floor.

18) Log #120 – Thank You, Isaac (Side Missions)

On a desk inside the same room.

19) Schematics 10 – Intermediate Miner Rig

Enter the Equipment Workshop after defending Nicole. The schematics can be found sitting across from the SOS Beacon on a desk.

20) Log #121 – Found the SOS Beacon

This story-related collectible is automatically available after collecting SOS Beacon.

21) Node 31

The node is available after going up the small elevator. Exit the door and turn around to find the node on the wall.

22) Weapon Upgrade 11 – Macroliter Fuel Tank (Flamethrower)

Change the circuit breaker to zero gravity, then float down to the floor below. Enter the Utility Room to find the upgrade on the floor. You need Security Clearance Level 3 to enter the room.

23) Node 32

In the same room.

24) Suit Level 4

It can be purchased from Shop for 35,000 Credits.

25) Node 33

On floor 4, inside Storage Room, as shown on the map.

26) Log #122 – Launch the Asteroid

This story-related collectible is automatically available after loading SOS Beacon.

27) Log #122 – Gravity Tethers

This story-related collectible is automatically available after entering Mining Bay.

28) Log #122 – Beacon is Away

This story-related collectible is automatically available after launching the asteroid.

29) Log #122 – Manual Override

This story-related collectible is automatically available when attacked by the Hunter.

30) Log #122 – Go to Communications

This story-related collectible is automatically available after boarding the mining elevator.
