Where to Find Charging Counter Picto
Charging Counter Picto is located in the Richer area, southwest of the Isle of Eye and north of the Crows. Keep exploring the Richer area as usual until you reach the Mountain Rest Point.
From there, continue forward until you arrive at a spot with a mini-boss fight. After defeating the mini-boss, keep moving ahead—you’ll soon come across the Charging Counter Picto just beyond that point.
