This article will guide the player on how to solve the objective ‘Complete the Challenges‘ for the main quest ‘The Stolen Cat Mummy‘ in the game Indiana Jones And The Great Circle, released on 9th December 2024.
When you reach the Monastery Courtyard, you’ll see two huge dragons holding shields on either side of the area and two angels standing by the front wall near the gate. Look closely, and you’ll also find two levers in the courtyard. Pulling these levers will open paths on both sides
Gold Path Trial
Pull the lever on the right side of the courtyard to open a path leading to the right. Follow this path all the way to the end. When you reach the stairs, climb up and look for a chain. Pull the chain to open the door to a room called the Gold Path Trial.
In the puzzle location, you will see four hanging pillars as shown in the picture below. You need to move the four pillars and get the fire burning underneath them to solve the puzzle.
After entering the area, go to the passage on the left side. You will find a chain there. Pull the chain to move the hanging pillar ahead of it. Keep pulling the chain until the fire starts burning underneath the pillar as shown in the picture below. Now leave this chain and go to the next chain in the passage. Pull the chain to get the second fire burning.
Now go back to the main hall. Use your whip to climb up the ledge as shown in the picture below. Then jump to the pillar next to the ledge as shown in the second picture below. Gina will pull the chain and get the pillar moving.
When the pillar moves to the other side, jump through the hole in the wall as shown in the picture below. Then jump down through the hole in the floor to go down. You will find three more chains there. Pull two chains to get the remaining two fire burning. Then pull the third chain to open the door and go back to the main hall. With the four fires burning, now you can pull the lever to open the giant door. This will complete the puzzle.
Silver Path Trial
Monastery Courtyard and pull the lever on the left side of the courtyard to open a path leading to the silver trial room. In the Silver Path Trial, your goal is to activate the machine in the middle of the area by inserting stone plates.
Start by going to the room behind the machine and turning left. Look near the skeleton to find the first stone plate. Pick up the stone plate and return to the machine to insert it.
When you place the stone plate into the machine, all the doors in the area will lock, trapping Gina outside.
Now to unlock all the doors, you need to find the second stone plate. Look up to the left and find a grappling point above the fire. Use your whip to swing across the fire pit to the other side of the room. There, you’ll find the second stone plate.
At this time, Gina will call out to you, asking for the stone plate. Go to your left toward Gina, stay close to the wall, and pass the plate to her through the iron bars. Gina will carry the plate to the far end of the room.
Next, use your whip again to swing back across the fire to the middle platform. Then to the far end of the room.
Once you’re on the far side, collect the stone plate from Gina. Insert the stone plate into the slot in the machine. This will unlock all the doors in the area, freeing Gina and allowing you to leave the area safely.
