Where to Find the Puzzle
This puzzle is located just north of Demeniss in the Golden Plains area. Refer to the location below. Zoom in to spot a “Mysterious Energy” marker on your map, then head to that location to find the puzzle site. When you arrive, you’ll see statues with vines blocking part of the area.
Step 1: Burn the Vines
Before you can interact with the puzzle, you need to clear the vines. Press your lantern button and light attack together to draw your weapon with fire, then use your focus light ability to aim at the vines and burn them away. Once the vines are gone, you’ll have full access to the statues.
Step 2: Rotate the First Statue
Go behind the first statue, the one in front of the vines, and interact with it to rotate it. Keep turning the statue until it is facing the center of the area. This statue also affects another linked statue, behind the vines.
Step 3: Rotate the Second Statue
Now move to the second statue on the left, and interact to rotate it. Keep turning it until it also faces the center. Once both statues are correctly aligned toward the center, the puzzle will automatically complete.
Reward: Abyss Crescent
Solving the puzzle unlocks an Abyss Crescent, giving you a useful reward for your effort.
