Crimson Desert is packed with hidden secrets, and the Golden Plains mysterious energy is one of them. This guide will walk you through exactly where to find the secret chamber, how to get inside, and the correct button order to solve the puzzle and claim your reward.
Location: Golden Plains Secret Chamber Puzzle
The mysterious energy is located in the Golden Plains, just above the “M” in Demeniss on your map. When you arrive, you will find yourself outside the ruins. The entrance is covered in thorns and blends into the surrounding area, making it easy to miss if you are not looking carefully. Refer to the location below.
How to Golden Plains Secret Chamber Puzzle in Crimson Desert
The entrance of the ruin is covered with thorns and vines. To clear them, you need to use the Blinding Flash ability. On console, hold RB/R1 and LB/L1 together to raise your sword, then release RB/R1 and hold it again to fire the beam. Point it at the thorns, wait a few seconds, and they will burn away completely.
Inside the chamber, make your way through the narrow pathway. Watch out for the small flames along the sides as you pass through.
After the fire section, you will see a wall with five marked locations. Each one is a clue that tells you which symbols to use in the puzzle. I have marked all five locations on the map. Proceed ahead and use the zipline to reach the puzzle room.
In the puzzle room, you will see several buttons on the wall, each marked with a different image, such as animals, birds, etc. To solve the puzzle, you need to hit the correct buttons. You can hit them in any specific order. You can use Force Palm or Force Current to press them.
- Hit the grapes button first, then the pomegranates button using Force Palm or Force Current.
- Next, press the horse, bird, and fish buttons in that order.
Once all the buttons are pressed correctly, the puzzle is complete.
