The Special Equipment 4 challenge tasks you with taking down 30 enemies using the Lightning Spear. Before you can do any of that, though, you need to track down the weapon and pick up the Sealed Abyss Artifact. How to Get the Lightning Spear
Head to the Black Wall Bandit Camp in the northern part of Pailune.
You need to clear out all the enemies in the camp before you can pick up the Lightning Spear, as the game will not let you interact with special weapons while enemies are still on alert.
Important Note: The Lightning Spear has limited durability. If you use it too much, it will break permanently. To get around this, take the weapon to the Kilnden Workshop after you get it. Upgrading it there removes the durability limit entirely.
