The Smoking Lands Ruin is located between Northern Demeniss and the Crimson Desert region. You can find it northwest of Hexe Sanctuary.
How to solve the Smoking Lands Ruins Puzzle
Once you arrive at the puzzle location, you will find a fountain completely covered in vines. Before you can do anything else, you need to clear them using a fire arrow or the Blinding Flash and Focus Light ability. Make sure all the vines are fully burned away, as you cannot interact with the pillars until they are gone.
With the vines cleared, you will see three pillars standing around the fountain. Each pillar has two water spouts at the top. Some spouts are already pointing inward toward the fountain, while others are pointing outward, sending water outside the basin instead.
To solve the puzzle, use the Sword Stab skill to interact with each pillar and rotate it until both of its water spouts are pointing inward toward the center of the fountain. The good news is that all three pillars work independently, so rotating one will not affect the others. Just take them one at a time, stab and rotate until both streams land inside the fountain, then move on to the next.
Once all three pillars have both spouts correctly pointed inward, the puzzle is solved.
