To solve the Crimson Water Puzzle in Silent Hill f (New Game+), go down to the water and look for a stone with instructions on it. The puzzle asks you to ring three of the five bells in a special order. You have to ring each bell only when the water fountain in the middle makes a loud clacking sound/ ringing sound.
Each bell is marked with a lantern displaying an elemental symbol, which indicates the correct sequence. There are 5 bells in the area, but you need to ring three bells in the correct sequence.
The first bell, marked with a mountain symbol representing stone, is on the balcony of the office.
The second bell, with a wooden symbol, hangs above the stone bridge to the east/left.
The third bell, marked with a water symbol, is located next to the plinth.
