This guide shows how to complete the Archon quest “Cry From the Eleazar Hospital” in the game of Genshin Impact 3.1 update, which was released on 28th September 2022.
Cry From the Eleazar Hospital is the second part in the Teyvat storyline Archon Quest Chapter III: Act IV – King Deshret and the Three Magi. In this quest, your objective is to investigate the sound of crying from the Eleazar Hospital nearby. The quest automatically appears after the quest The Missing Village Keepers.

Leave the village chief’s house
Head to the village chief’s house by following the quest marker. Speak with Alhaitham
Look for the person mentioned by Alhaitham
Look for the woman mentioned by Alhaitham. Follow the quest marker to reach her location.
Go to the Eleazar hospital
Go to Dar al Shifa ( Eleazar hospital ) to investigate the crying noises at night. It’s just south of Aaru Village
Defeat the monsters
Defeat all the monsters at Eleazar hospital
Wave 1: Blazing Axe Mitachurl ×1, Hilichurl Fighter ×2, Pyro Hilichurl Shooter ×2, Wooden Shield Hilichurl Guard ×1
Wave 2: Stonehide Lawachurl ×1
Investigate the Elemental Monuments around the hospital (0/3)
Next, activate three more Dendro monuments located around the hospital. Some of them may be locked, but as you approach them, monsters will spawn. Eliminate the enemies to unlock the monuments and activate them with Dendro.
Go to the lower level of the hospital
Enter the hospital again and head to the lower level.
Go back to the village chief’s house and meet up with everybody else
Head back to the village chief’s house to meet up with everybody.
Follow Cyno and continue investigating
Follow him all the way until you meet Dehya and the Eremites. The quest ends after the cutscene.
