Starting Location
Complete the main story campaign and visit Serling Hotel on Ocean Avenue to find the Missing: Laura Lost & Found quest on the wall of missing people.
Scout the police station for any sign of Laura
Head to Venice Beach and go to the police station. Then, interact with Laura’s cell door to continue with the next objective.

Search for the key to Laura’s cell
Go to the room across from Laura’s cell and grab two journals: Journal of the Keeper of the Keys and Journal of the Arrest Notes of Detainees.
Police Chief Malloy has the key to Laura’s cell. Track him down!
After obtaining the journals, a quest marker will appear east of the police station. Follow it to a shop and head to the kitchen to find Malloy. Defeat him to acquire the Jail Key Cell 01.
Open up Laura’s cell
Go back to Laura’s cell and use the key to unlock it. Unfortunately, both Laura and her friend Emily have turned into zombies. Defeat Laura.
