This guide shows the location of all Collectibles (Bots, Puzzle Pieces & Secret Exit) in the Downsize Surprise area in the Astro Bot game, released on 6th September 2024.
Bot 1
After entering the area, climb up the first ledge to find a Bot inside a cage hanging from a tree on the right side. Shrink yourself into a small size and use the nearby mushrooms to get inside the cage. Once inside, return to normal size to break the cage from within.
Puzzle 1
On the left side of the area, defeat the Bots circling the tree stump to uncover a hidden wire. Pull the wire to unlock the stump’s door. Shrink yourself and enter inside to collect the puzzle piece.
Bot 2
Destroy the crates on the right side of the previous tree stump to reveal a small opening. Shrink yourself and go inside.
Destroy the brown color wall straight ahead to find the Bot trapped in a spider web.
Puzzle 2
Head back to the previous area and go to the right side, just in front of where Bot #1 was hanging. Pull the wire to activate a fan, and use it to jump to the ledge above.
Defeat the enemy there, then pull the wire to start the water fountain. Shrink yourself and use the water fountain to reach the clothesline. Follow it to continue into the bedroom.
Once inside the bedroom look for the air conditioner on the right side to find the puzzle piece.
On the ground, activate the small pot (as shown in the image below) to trigger a platform. Use it to reach the AC.
Bot 3
In the bedroom, shrink yourself and crawl under the blanket. Once inside, return to normal size to uncover the Bot.
Bot 4
Leave the bedroom through the vent near the bed to find the Bot hanging just above the vent.
Bot 5
Climb the tree on the left to find the Bot hidden inside a bird’s nest.
Bot 6
From the tree branch, proceed to the roof. Once on the roof, go to the left and break the blue floor plate to reveal a fan. Shrink yourself and fly up to reach the platform above.
Interact with the frog to start blowing bubbles. Shrink yourself again and ride the bubble to reach the Bot hanging above in the cage.
Enter the cage, then return to normal size to break it from the inside.
Secret Level Exit
Use the bubble to reach the tree branch in the same area and press the red switch to reveal the secret area.
Bot 7
Return to the yellow tower near the tree with the nest to find a cat near a padlock. Shrink yourself and enter the padlock to access the room behind it.
Press the red button and climb up the clock tower. At the top, look to the left to spot the Bot hanging from the edge.
Puzzle 3
Move to the left side and shrink yourself. Stand on the platform and jump onto the clock hands. As the clock hands reach the top, jump up to collect the puzzle piece.
