This guide shows how to get all 5 Minikits and all 3 Level Challenges in the Droid Attack on the Wookies mission in the Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. The Locations of all the Minikits are marked in the picture below.
Droid Attack on the Wookies: Minikit 1/5
From the starting location, cut the door and enter the tunnel. In the tunnel, you will find some gold bars as shown in the picture below. Switch to a Bounty Hunter character to shoot the gold bars. This will open up a new path.
Go through the newly opened up path and you will reach an antenna with a battery socket. Jump on the structure on the west side and destroy the Gold Brick there as shown below to get a Battery. Now take the battery back to the Antenna to get a Minikit, as shown in the second picture below.
Droid Attack on the Wookies: Minikit 2/5
After collecting the first Minikit, use the zipline to reach the next area. Open the chest here to get a Rocket Launcher. Shoot the tree with the rocket launcher for the Minikit to drop down as shown in the picture below.
Droid Attack on the Wookies: Minikit 3/5
On shooting the tree, an aircraft stuck on the tree will also fall down. Break the aircraft and build a Fluttercraft from the fallen blocks. Use the Fluttercraft to fly up the mountain as shown below.
Switch to a Scoundrel and aim at the lamp as shown below. This will make the lamps break and burn the vines on the mountain wall. Now, wall-run to reach the other side. Then climb up the mountain on the right side to get to the Minikit.
Droid Attack on the Wookies: Minikit 4/5
This Minikit is on the mountain wall on the north side of the escape pod as shown in the picture below.
Droid Attack on the Wookies: Minikit 5/5
To get this Minikit you need to destroy three silver bricks. Two silver bricks are in the area where you blow up the tree as shown in the picture below. The third silver brick is near the escape pod as shown in the second picture below.

Force Influence
Details: Defeat an enemy clone as a force influenced clone.
Use Jedi Mind Trick to influence an enemy clone and use it to defeat an enemy clone.
Frequent Flyer
Details: Reach the escape pod using the alternate route.
As explained in the Minikit #3 section of the article, build a Fluttercraft and fly up the mountain. Then switch to a Scoundrel and aim at the lamp on top of the mountain. This will make the lamps break and burn the vines on the mountain wall. Now, wall-run to reach the other side. Then arrange the blocks as shown in the picture below. Climb up the blocks and go through the hole in the tree to reach the escape pod. This completes the challenge.

Details: Use an AT-RT to defeat 3 clone troopers and the enemy AT-RT.
Build a Mattering Ram from the fallen aircraft. Use it to break the tree and proceed ahead. Mount the AT-RT in the next area and use it to defeat 3 clone troopers and the enemy AT-RT.
