In Echoes of the End Chapter 5, there are several hidden collectibles to find for Ryn in the world of Aema. This guide will show you every collectible location step by step from Chapter 5 in Echoes of the End.
Secret #1 (Journal – Calendar)
After the cutscene with Zara, you’ll arrive at an area with a giant waterwheel. Climb the wooden structure to the left of the waterwheel, then continue left to find a chest.
Secret #2 (Journal – Engraved Plating)
After the waterwheel area, you’ll come to a building. Before entering, head to the right side and climb up the ledge. Follow the path to reach a small hut with a chest beside it.
Optional Conversation #1
From the previous collectible, head left and use the hanging platform to reach the ledge on the right. Continue along the path until the end to trigger Optional Conversation #1.
Secret #3 (Journal – Aemic Disc)
From the previous location, turn around and head left to reach the area beneath the giant bridge. Check behind the pillars to find another chest.
Optional Conversation #2
Continue along the main story until you cross the invisible bridge. Just ahead, in front of the giant statue, you’ll find Optional Conversation #2.
Secret #4 (Journal – Defender’s Notes)
In the destroyed city area, go up the first set of stairs on the left side and continue straight along the path. At the end, enter the room through the wall with the invisible path to find a chest.
Secret #5 (Mana Upgrade)
In the Sigil puzzle area, head through the wall on the left with an invisible path to enter a hidden room containing a chest with Secret #5 (Mana Upgrade).
Secret #6 (Journal – Defender’s Notes)
Progress through the chapter until you reach the dial and invisible bridge area. From there, head left and go up the stairs, then climb the wall and continue up a series of stairs to reach the chest.
Optional Conversation #3
From the previous chest location, drop down to the left to reach the bottom, then proceed toward the statue. Optional Conversation #3 can be found in front of the statue.
Secret #7 (Health Upgrade)
From the previous location, head left and cross the invisible path through the wall. Inside, interact with the dial to create a new path and continue forward.
Then, go down the ramp near the second dial to find the chest.
Secret #8 (Journal – Defender’s Notes)
On the left side of the area with disappearing platforms.
