Those of you who have played Pokemon Platinum, might be looking for Eevee as you get it from Bebe pretty early in Pokemon Platinum. Unfortunately in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl (BDSP), that’s not the case. You will have to wait until you have completed the Sinnoh Pokedex. Eevee is a rare Pokemon that adapts to harsh environments by changing its appearance and capabilities when it evolves. Eevee Location
To get Eevee, first, you will need the National Pokedex. After finishing the Pokemon League, and registering all 150 Pokemon to the Sinnoh Pokedex, go and talk to the Professor in Sandgem town to get the National Pokedex.
Once you have the National Pokedex, go to Bebe’s house in Hearthome City. bebe’s house is the building on the right side of Pokemon Center in Hearthome City as shown below. Go inside the house and talk to Bebe to receive an Eevee.
