How to get Death Knight’s Longhaft Axe in Elden Ring DLC
Death Knight’s Longhaft Axe is located inside the Scorpion River Catacombs.
Scorpion River Catacombs Location
To access the Scorpion River Catacombs, go to the Temple Town Ruins Site of Grace and enter the ravine. Follow the river around to loop around to the west until you reach an opening in the cliff. Refer to the map below.
Enter the catacomb and follow the path to reach the site of grace. Proceed ahead and go down the steps on the left to reach the first large room.
Sprint to cross the bridge and get under the stone canopy on the far side before the Basilisk statue gets activated up ahead.
Next, head down the stairs and pass through a couple of smaller rooms until you reach a large room with a spiked roof trap.
Now, follow the path to the far right to reach the second spike ceiling. You can use the alcove to avoid the trap.
Once you turn right, look for the alcove on the right wall (east) and climb up the ladder. On the upper section of the room, sprint to the corner where the wall meets the railing as shown in the image below.
Once the Spike starts moving down, jump onto it and leap to the platform with a statue and an alcove on the left side.
Now, climb the stairs and pass through the room with the two imps. Drop down on the west side and head left to reach the elevator.
Go down the elevator, and follow the path on the right.
Here players need to use the alcove along the path to hide from patrolling Deathblight Eyes.
After crossing the pathway, will reach an L-shaped room with a cannon-head Imp on the left.
Defeat it to continue further. In the next large room, head to the right.
Go up the stairs to find another Deathblight Eyes patrolling a bridge. Start to follow them to the end of the tunnel, then enter the walkway to the right just as they begin to bounce back at you.
Ride the elevator down and continue the straight path until you reach the fog door for the dungeon’s boss encounter.

Upon defeating the Death Knight, you’ll receive the Death Knight’s Longhaft Axe and the Cerulean Amber Medallion 3.
