Milady is one of the new Light Greatsword weapon types added to Elden Ring by the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.
How to Get Milady in Elden Ring Shadow Of The Erdtree DLC
You can find Milady early on in your adventure in one of the castle’s towers in Castle Ensis. After crossing the bridge, continue down the main path.
Go up the stairs and take the left path. You will find wooden stairs on the rear side of the building near the cliffside.
Go up the stairs and defeat any enemies you encounter. Climb the ladder all the way to the top of the tower to find a chest.
Open the chest to find Milady.
