Players can find Two-Headed Turtle Talisman inside a cave beneath a waterfall guarded by enemies Just east of Rivermouth Cave
I’ll start the path from the Castle Front Site of Grace.
From the Castle Front Site of Grace, go southeast to reach the ridge and carefully climb down to the river below.
Enter the cave at the bottom of the ridge and follow the path until you exit the cave. Then, follow the river towards the north. Stay on the right side of the river/mountain wall. Keep going until you see a waterfall. Go into the cave behind the waterfall.
Players can find a Two-Headed Turtle Talisman inside a cave on a corpse.
