In Elizabeth’s Request 29, she will ask the player to bring a fashionable item.
Elizabeth Request 29: Where to get a Fashionable Item
Step 1
Head over to the Luxury shopkeeper (NPC) at the bar counter in Club Escapade.
Step 2
The luxury shopkeeper will ask you for Black Quartz. Give Black Quartz to the Luxury shopkeeper to progress in the quest.

Note: The player can acquire a Black Quartz from the Lustful Snake enemy in Tartarus. These Lustful Snake enemies are located in the Arqa and Yabbashah blocks, from floors 28 to 68, and 69 to 91.
Step 3
Finally, purchase a pair of glasses for 10,000 yen and give it to Elizabeth to end the quest.
