This Guide will show you how to unlock “Ember” a new companion coming with the high isle chapter of The Elder Scroll Online. This walkthrough will guide you on how to get the companion and level up her combat level and rapport level. Companions are NPCs that will follow you as you adventure throughout Tamriel and fight by your side.
Ember Quest Location – Tower Full of Trouble
To unlock Ember, travel north of just north of Gonfalon Bay and talk to NPC named Ladlow Menant. He will give you a quest to find Ember. Location of NPC is marked on the map.
Ember can be found in at Draioch just north of Gonfalon Bay. Once you find Ember, talk to her and complete the quest “Tower full of Trouble” to unlock her. She will join you as a companion and you can call her from the collection menu: Collections > Allies > Companions
Leveling Ember in ESO
Companions can be leveled up by gaining experience points from killing enemies. They don’t receive experience from quest and event completion. So, search for a good grind spot with a lot of enemies such as public dungeon, delves, etc.
Ember Rapports
The Rapport level is basically an indicator that tells shows how much a Companion likes or dislikes you.
Depending on your actions in the game when your companion is active, that companion may appreciate it and build their rapport with you, or vice versa. As your Rapport level rises, the Companion will reveal more personal information to you and unlock new quests. If the Rapport level is extremely low, the companion cannot be summoned for a while.
