This Guide will show you how to unlock “Isobel Veloise” a new companion coming with the High Isle chapter of The Elder Scroll Online. This walkthrough will guide you on how to get the companion and level up her combat level and rapport level. Companions are NPCs that will follow you as you adventure throughout Tamriel and fight by your side.
Isobel Veloise Quest Location – Tournament of the Heart
To unlock Isobel you will need to travel to Castle Navire, located in the southwestern part of the map. Once you reach Castle Navire, talk to her and complete the quest “Tournament of the Heart” to unlock Isobel. She will join you as a companion and you can call her from the collection menu: Collections > Allies > Companions
Leveling Isobel in ESO
Companions can be leveled up by gaining experience points from killing enemies. They don’t receive experience from quest and event completion. So, search for a good grind spot with a lot of enemies such as public dungeon, delves, etc.
Isobel Rapports
The Rapport level is basically an indicator that tells shows how much a Companion likes or dislikes you.
Depending on your actions in the game when your companion is active, that companion may appreciate it and build their rapport with you, or vice versa. As your Rapport level rises, the Companion will reveal more personal information to you and unlock new quests. If the Rapport level is extremely low, the companion cannot be summoned for a while.
