Go to Club Escapade and speak with the fortune-teller. Buy Rarity Fortune from a fortune-teller for 3,000 yen.
Return to Student Dormitory and travel to Tartarus the same night.
Go to 21F and above and look for Rare Golden enemies. Defeat the Golden Shadows and report back to Elizabeth.
