This article will guide you through the objective ‘Face the Kappa‘ for the side quest “The Yokai” side mission in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. Kappa is one of the 6 Yokai members in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.
How to Face the Kappa in The Yokai Quest
Kappa is only found at nighttime. You will find Kappa east of the Haunted Tatarigami Village at Genbu Highlands in Yamashiro. Refer to the location below on the map.
You have the following clues:
- They were reported in Yamashiro
- They have been spotted near a haunted village
- They have only been seen at night near a stream
You can then use your Scouts to find their exact location. Then go to the Haunted Tatarigami Village location at night to find two green-colored children near the makeshift wooden bridge. Refer to the image below.
As you approach these children, they will start running away up the hill. Chase them to reach Haunted Tatarigami Village. Defeat the bandits in the village, then talk to the children to end your search for Kappa.
