Next, go to Aszuna in Broken Isle.
In Aszuna, go to the road connecting Ruined Sanctum and Felbaze Ingress. Keep looping around the road until you find an NPC – Vashti the Wandering Merchant.
Speak with the Vashti the Wandering Merchant to buy Scroll of Fel Binding for 500 Coins.
Next, make your way to the Western Plaguelands in the Eastern Kingdoms.
At the Western Plaguelands, locate Uther’s Tomb.
Once at the entrance, use the Scroll of Fell Binding. This will summon a demon.
While the Doom Guard is alive, interact with all four red graffiti marks around the room.
After interacting with the graffiti, return to the Felcycle room to find the fourth orb is active.
