To complete the objective, you need to obtain the dress called Tyrol Brocade Cotehardie from the tailor’s shop in Troskowitz.
The easiest method is to get it during the daytime. Enter the tailor’s shop and speak with the tailor, but do not buy the dress. Leave the shop and wait outside until the tailor moves away from his usual spot in front of the counter and heads toward the shelves.
As he moves toward the shelves, crouch and sneak behind the counter—he won’t notice you. You can strip naked to remain quieter.
Steal the Tyrol Brocade Cotehardie from the counter; it is red in color. After stealing the cloth, sneak out of the shop.
