After confronting Caleb, head southeast of the village and go up the hill to find the burned-down house.

Head southeast of the village and go up the hill to find the burned-down house. To enter the Burned Down House, proceed to the left and enter the white house.
Go to the balcony on the right side, then to the end of it to destroy the Ghost Ward at the back of the house.
Return to the white house and use Antea’s Outburst to remove the wooden barrier.
Proceed inside and take the path behind the house. Climb the cliff face to reach the back of the burned-down building.
Move the cart to the left and use it to reach the upper floor.
Find the tie
Head down the stairs. Switch to Antea and remove the Spectral Webs to reveal the Ghost Tie – Ruth’s Heart.
Break the nearby wooden barrier, and pass through the narrow gap to reach the backyard.
Here a cutscene with Caleb will get triggered. Finally performs a Manifest Ritual to summon Ruth.
