How to find a way to open the gate in Genshin Impact
As the quest begins, enter the cave and follow the path downhill until you reach a large sealed gate. To open it, you’ll need to place an Ancient Moon Pearl into the socket beside the gate.
As you make your way down the stairs, you’ll find an Ancient Moon Pearl resting near the entrance. Attack the pearl several times to roll it down the slope until it reaches the area in front of the sealed gate.
Next, collect Archaeolune Energy from the nearby glowing energy spheres. After absorbing the energy, aim at the Ancient Moon Pearl and fire the Archaeolune Energy at it. Then, press the Aim button again to activate the pearl’s effect, creating a zero-gravity field around it.
While the zero-gravity effect is active, the Ancient Moon Pearl becomes much easier to move. Push or strike the floating pearl until it lands inside the socket next to the sealed gate.
Once the Ancient Moon Pearl is correctly placed, the mechanism will activate, and the sealed gate will open, allowing you to continue deeper into the cave.
