If you’re working through the 9th main mission in Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, Caught Red Hooded, you’ve likely hit the point where the game asks you to find and analyze the bears. This article will guide you on where to go in search of the bears and how to analyse them to complete the task.
Bear 1
For Bear 1, start at the Helipad and head to the left side until you find a green shipping container. Switch to Batman and use the Batclaw on the yellow pull point attached to the container door to force it open.
Inside, you’ll find the first bear. Interact with the bear to begin the DNA analysis mini-game. During this puzzle, you’ll need to select the correct DNA samples by matching them properly. For this bear, choose samples 1, 4, and 5, counting from left to right, to complete the analysis successfully.
Bear 2
For Bear 2, return to the Helipad and head to the right side toward the large circular structure nearby. Grapple up to the top of the structure and then drop down onto the platform inside.
Switch to Jim Gordon and use his foam gun to block the vent that is spraying acid. Once the acid is blocked, you’ll be able to safely reach the pile of bears behind it. Interact with the bear there to start the DNA analysis mini-game. For this puzzle, select samples 1, 2, 4, and 5, counting from left to right, to complete the analysis.
Bear 3
For Bear 3, return to the Helipad, head straight ahead, and drop down to the lower area to reach the rail yard where the train carriages are located.
Make your way to the far end near the locked gate, where you’ll find a red train carriage with a yellow pull point on the back. Use Batman’s Batclaw to pull the point and open the carriage door.
Inside, you’ll find the next bear. Interact with it to begin the DNA analysis mini-game. For this puzzle, select samples 1, 3, and 5, counting from left to right, to complete the analysis successfully.
