This article will guide the player on how to complete the objective “Find Repair Instructional Tape” in the game Five Nights at Freddy’s Secret of the Mimic, released on 13th June 2025.
After resetting the Welcome Show, continue playing until you reach the “Mrs. Helpful” machine near a broken-down elevator.
Insert the data drive into the machine and press the big red button to activate it. The machine will inform you that instructions are needed and direct you to retrieve the “Repair Cassette.” The Repair Cassette is located on the second-floor balcony of the new showroom. To access it, you’ll need to use a keypad on the wall. The code to unlock the cassette is 0158.
Go up the stairs in the new showroom to reach the balcony. Look for a wall with a keypad. Enter the code 0158 to unlock and collect the Repair Cassette.
After picking up the cassette, the elephant mascot will become active and begin patrolling the showroom in search of you. Stay out of sight by hiding behind furniture and sneaking past it.
Carefully make your way back to the “Mrs. Helpful” machine area. Next to it you’ll find the elevator control machine. Insert the Repair Cassette into this machine to start the repair process.
