After speaking with Percival’s portrait at the top of the tower, your next objective is to “Find the Entrance to the First Trial”.
Find the Entrance to the First Trial
Next, head back downstairs and stand on the yellow waypoint to spawn an ancient magic pool. As you walk, you’ll see blue spatter at your feet. Walk beyond the bookcase on the left and into the empty area. This will force a well to swell on the ground.
Enter Percival Rackham’s Trial
Interact with the well on the ground and a new door will appear on the wall.
Go inside the door and then head down the stairs following the quest marker that will lead you to another well of ancient magic. Trigger the ancient magic to create a bridge above.
