At the very beginning of your Mission 2: Precious Cargo, you’ll find a container right in front of where you start the mission. Inside that container, you’ll discover the Parachute. Make sure to pick up the Parachute. You can use the map below for reference.
Next, head over to the crane on the far right side, which is in the south-east direction on the map. Wait for the crane to get close to the roof with a control tower on it, and then jump out with your parachute. To open your parachute, press the X/A button while you’re in the air.
