This article will guide you on how to complete the objective “Follow Distortions on the Scanner ” in the mission “Into the Unknown” in the game of Starfield
The missions will lead you to the planet Procyon III. After arriving on the planet, proceed eastward. You will find the source of the anomaly is located in Temple Eta.
Open the scanner to see the outline of the scanner starting to get distorted when looking in the direction of the Anomaly.
Continue in the direction of Anomaly. Look carefully for a door between the rocks. As you get closer, a mechanism will start moving, allowing you to enter the temple.
Inside, you’ll find yourself in a zero-gravity chamber with a rotating artifact in the center. You will be able to float up and down here.
At this time, concentrated clusters of stars will begin to develop as you travel up and down the room. To finish the puzzle, you must float around the area and pass between these star clusters 15 times.
Repeat this process until the artifact in the center is fully switched on. You must act quickly because if you wait too long, the lights will reset.
When the Artifact reaches its full power, it stops to rotate. Fly into the artifact to trigger a brief cutscene, which will unlock the Anti-Gravity Field ability.
