You will find two locked doors in the “Forbidden Legacy” side quest in Horizon Forbidden West. This guide shows how to get the Door Codes for these two doors.
Forbidden Legacy Door Code 1
You will face the first locked door as you enter the Atbay Headquarters. You will find a Datapoint inside a room next to the locked door as shown in the picture below. The Datapoint will tell you that the passcode is the month and the year the company was founded. At this point Alva will tell you that as per the legacy, the company was founded in October 2023. Enter the code 102023 to unlock the door.
Forbidden Legacy Door Code 2
You will find the second locked door towards the end of the quest. In front of the locked door, you will see 4 artifacts. On scanning the artifacts, you will get some numbers. combine the numbers to get the door code.
Artifact 1: Award Statue
Aloy: How old was Eileen when she won this award?
Alva: 40
Artifact 2: Prototype Device
Aloy: What was the name of this thing?
Alva: The H2Flow
Artifact 3: Sculpture
Aloy: You said this was commissioned for something?
Alva: The Company’s 25th Anniversary. (This is actually the 4th Artifact)
Artifact 4: Construction Drone
Aloy: Name of the Drone?
Alva: The Dragonfly-6
Combine the numbers to get the door code. So, the door code is 402625. Enter the door to unlock the door. This also completes the quest.
