How to Get Freeman’s Announcement Treasure
To locate the treasure, go to a ship called “The Rusty Rudder” in the southern part of the Foggy Forest Path. Go to the platform near to the shore.
Use Hydro to extinguish the torch on the platform. After that, proceed to the opposite side of the ship and use Pyro to light the torch.
Finally, go to the torch with the boxes next to it and douse it in Hydro to obtain the Precious Chest!
