Starting Location
Head to the “Cosmo Observatory” situated in the Cosmo Canyon village to find Bugenhagen (NPC). Speak to him and he will ask for help in locating his misplaced tools and collect measurements of Mako frequencies around the region.
Measure the Mako Frequency (1/5)
To take Mako Frequency readings around the region, Bugenhagen (NPC) will provide a map. You can gather World Intel in this region first to unfogged the area. The first location is located directly east of Activation Intel 3. Just go to the gate and open it.
Measure the Mako Frequency (2/5)
Location is marked in the map below. Defeat three Desert Sahagins.
Measure the Mako Frequency (3/5)
Location is marked in the map below. Defeat three Skeeskees.
Measure the Mako Frequency (4/5)
Location is marked in the map below. Defeat a Griffon and two Desert Sahagins.
Measure the Mako Frequency (5/5)
It’s found between Expedition Intel 4 & Moogle Intel. Open the gate and then defeat three Threadspinner Chimera.
