This article will guide you on how to complete Elizabeth’s Request 17 – Fusion Series 1: Emperor Oberon in Persona 3 Reload, released on 2nd February 2023.
Requirement: Players need to be at least level 16

How to Fuse Oberon With Mazio in Persona 3 Reload
- Go to the Velvet Room in Paulownia Mall.
- Inside the Velvet Room, choose “Fusion” > and then “Fusion Search”.
- Select the “Oberon” option. Depending on your existing Persona, there may be multiple Oberon options available.
- Then raise him to Level 17 to unlock the Mazio Skill.
After obtaining Oberon and Mazio, exit the Velvet Room and speak with Elizabeth outside the blue door. Select Request 17 while Oberon is in your party to complete the quest.
