Garrison Electrical Station Safe Location
This safe is behind a gate marked ‘C’ in the Garrison Electrical Station, where you will go during the “Broadcast” main quest. Click here to see how to solve the electrical cable puzzles to reach the safe.
Behind the gate marked ‘C’, you will find the safe. Next to the safe is a small chest as shown in the pictures below. Interact with the chest to get the clue that will help you get the safe code.

The value of pi is 3.14. So, the safe code is 314. Enter the safe code 3-1-4 to unlock the safe and get the inhibitor inside.
