Bloodied Spike
Further up the road, turn right and follow the block until you see a collapsing building. Once the dust clears, look right to find the next collectible on a corpse.
Ink-Covered Wrench
Head northwest from Allfathers Plaza and follow the road until you reach the area shown on the map. Look around the ground near the stone benches for the Ink-Covered Wrench. It can be picked up directly from the ground.

Follow Captain Grey to reach this collectible. Look on the ground to the right of the gate to find the final collectible: the COG Tags of Lieutenant Jane Hawkins.
