Enter Gerudo Sanctum

To reach Gerudo Sanctum, follow the main quest in the Gerudo Desert area. Then players need to drain the sand blocking the entrance to enter the Gerudo Sanctum.

Push the boulder to block the wind tunnel below. Keep moving forward to reach a waypoint, where you’ll find two open paths on the left and right and one locked path.

First, take the left path to the room where you must solve the Flying Tiles puzzle. Once inside the room, quickly run to the nearest tile, and learn its Echo. Then bring out a darknut or boulder to hide behind it as the other tiles fly toward you.

After dodging the tiles, open the chest to collect 20 Rupees.

Go back to the previous room and take the right path, where you’ll find conveyor belts. Defeat the bat (Keese) and then bind Tri to the mechanism by the door. While Tri is holding the mechanism, quickly move to the right and climb up the ledge.
