How to Get Some Food for the Poor
As you continue the quest, talk to Guard Commander Tuna. He will tell you that some beggars are waiting at the gate for food. He wants to give them something to eat so they leave. Ask him what kind of food they can have, and he will say that kitchen scraps would work. However, the cook keeps saying there are no scraps. She hides them in the pantry and won’t let anyone inside. He will then ask for your help to sneak into the pantry and bring some scraps for the beggars.
Head to the outer courtyard and look for Myshka, the cook’s daughter. You can find her dancing with the other guests. If you previously charmed her, she will be more willing to help you.
Ask Myshka to go to the kitchen and lure her mother away. Once she enters the kitchen and starts speaking with her mother, takes this opportunity to sneak into the pantry quietly.
Inside, look for a sack on the left side of the room and grab the cooking scraps. Once you have them, bring the scraps over to Thurm so he can feed the beggars.
