To get the booze, approach Jaska and start following him. Midway through, he will pass out.
Keep pressing on, and at some point, you’ll experience a strange dreamlike state where you have the chance to talk to a dog. Don’t stop – continue your journey until you find a stash of alcohol hidden between some rocks.”
