Where to Find the Artifact for Squint (STALKER 2 Heart of Chornobyl)
This guide shows where to find and how to get the “Artifact for Squint” for the Piece of Cake Side Quest in the STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl game, which was released on 20th November 2024.
Find the Entrance to the Cave
Track the mission and go to the location highlighted by the quest marker in Lesser Zone as shown in the picture below. At the marked location, you will see a small house. Enter the house as shown in the second picture below. Go inside and there you will see a hole on the floor. Jump into the hole and proceed ahead to reach the cave.
Get the Artifact for Squint
Proceed in the cave and soon you will reach a radiation zone. Now, press ‘Q’ (For PC) to equip the Echo Detector device as shown in the picture below. The device will start beeping. Slowly move around in the area. Go in the direction in which the beeping increases. When the beeping has intensified to the max, stand for a few seconds and a Mold will spawn as shown in the second picture below. Please note that you need to have the Echo Detector device equipped and you also need to stop for a few seconds for the Mold to spawn. Pick up the Mold to complete the objective. Then proceed ahead in the cave and climb up the ladder to exit the cave.
