From the Nokron Eternal City Site of Grace, go straight out of the door and you will find Ghost Glovewort Picker’s Bell Bearing [1] on a corpse lying next to a Gazebo as shown in the pictures below.

You will find Ghost Glovewort Picker’s Bell Bearing [1] in Nokstella Eternal City. From Ainser River Main Site of Grace, go south as shown in the pictures below. You will get to Ainser River Main during Ranni’s questline.
Keep following the water and you will reach Uhl Palace Ruins. Go through the gate with two big statues on either side as shown below.
Keep following the river. It will lead you to Nokstella Eternal City. Climb up the stairs straight ahead as you enter Nokstella Eternal City, as shown in the picture below.
At the top, turn around and enter the room on the left side. Open the chest inside this room to get Ghost Glovewort Picker’s Bell Bearing [2].

The Ghost Glovewort Picker’s Bell Bearing [3] is iHaligtree at the location marked in the picture below. To reach Haligtree, first, you will have to find Haligtree Secret medallions and then use them on the Grand Lift of Rold. Then Make your way to Ordina Town. You will have to light the four statues there to break the seal on the door. After that proceed ahead and use the teleporter to reach Haligtree.
